This notice explains how Swilent Talent Solutions handles the professional information you submit through the candidate profile form.

Who collects your information
Swilent Talent Solutions collects the information you voluntarily provide in the candidate profile form to support recruitment activities.
What we collect
The form asks for professional and contact information such as your name, email, phone number, city and state, qualifications, field, experience, recent role, technical skills, preferences, availability, optional company and LinkedIn details, additional information and résumé.
We do not ask through this form for Aadhaar, PAN, bank information, religion, caste, medical data, marital status, unnecessary date of birth information or candidate photographs.
Why we use it
We use your professional information to understand your background and to consider your profile for relevant engineering, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure and technical opportunities. Authorised Swilent recruitment personnel may review the information for that purpose.
How résumés are stored
Your résumé is stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and is not made available through a public URL. Your candidate record is stored in Supabase with a private reference to the document. Access is restricted to authorised recruitment personnel and server-side systems supporting the process.
Your choices and responsibilities
Submit only accurate professional information that you are comfortable sharing for recruitment consideration. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your submitted information by emailing admin@swilent.com, subject to applicable obligations.
Important expectations
Submitting a profile does not guarantee employment, interview selection, contact, job availability or a response. This form is intended for adults seeking professional opportunities.
